  I have a friend who goes to DermRealm in memphis. Not sure how much the first visit is but each laser treatment is $150. She said if feels like hot grease being poured on her foot while the laser is on it. I have gone with her a few times and they do the laser in about 15 second intervals for maybe 5 minutes.
