  Hi all. The husband wants to create a gym inside our garage. We need some work doing to make this happen. We need to board out the eaves, install a loft ladder (supplied) and electrics to include adding more sockets to existing ring, adding a couple of additional lights, spur for garage door electrics and tidy up existing cables. Ideally we'd like one person to do the whole thing for us. Qualified sparks only, please. We're based in central Haslemere near the station. We would like to replace our tiled kitchen floor and wondering if we can just lay some posh Lino or similar over the tiles or if tiles need to be taken up?
