  Mark T. wrote: Kevin Allen is a compulsive liar, arrogate and cocky. He was suppose to stain our boat dock months ago and he gave us nothing but lie after lie. I got an email from someone from his company that said the deck boards needed to cure more. Then when I called him about it, he said that was a lie and the real reason they didn't start was because there was a paint shortage. He said if I could find the specific stain he recommended we use, that he would go and pick it up and get started. An hour later I found multiple Sherwin Williams locations that had it. Then he sent me a picture message of him picking it up, only to go and use it for another job. Months later he says "ok we are ready to start now", giving him the benefit of the doubt, I agreed, but only if he actually was going to start on the date he promised. He had someone come and power wash, but then never followed up with staining it (which defeated the purpose). He also stopped answering my phone calls and his phone mail box is full do you can only text him. Of course the only time he texts me right back is when he had the audacity to try and charge me for the power washing job. A job that I'll need to pay for again right before the stain is applied. Now he is threatening me that I will pay him. This guy is filled with lies and empty promises. BUYER BEWARE!

  Claudia C. wrote: Kevin Allen quickly came to give us a quote, took a 50% deposit after he accepted the job to pressure wash, paint/stain some of the exterior of our front and back porch. Well fast forward two months later with countless times he hasn't shown up and he has only pressure washed our home. He is dishonest, and unreliable. I wouldn't waste your time with him, he will come off as a good sales person and reliable. But don't fall for it and save your money to use on someone else. Run far from him, he even has his reviews turned off on Facebook and manages a local WF community page so if you put a negative review on there you will get blocked.

We just moved into our home in January and it previously sat empty for over a year, during which, the weather took a toll on the wood. There are definitely a few boards that will need repair/replacement and it will also need a good power washing and staining. Looking for recommendations for someone who could do a quality, honest job at an affordable rate.
