  David, I have been seeing Dr. Chip Crump, who is very gay-friendly. He is quite thorough, and leans toward holistic, preventative measures, rather than just medication. I've been quite pleased with him. If you're interested, his office number is 423-698-2435. Good luck. Matthew Keasling
