  Recently our basement has started backing up with sewage, after having several plumbers come out they all told us our main line is broken and needs replaced right near where it meets the main our in the middle of the street. Our home owners insurance doesn't cover it because it's off our property and the city doesn't cover anything but their main line. We've called everywhere, most places have just flat out said, "nope, not interested" and the one quote we did get was $11,000 to fix it. Does anyone know of any place that could help? Or of someone who does this kind of work and could do it for much much less than that? We're a family with 3 small kids, husband works full time and goes to school, and $11,000 just isn't something we can handle. I'm at the end of my rope, I"m not sure what to do, does anyone have any advice??
