  http://www.ejharrison.com/guidelines/hhw.html They list a phone number on how to dispose of paint, etc. Oak View Goodwill takes all eWaste, anytime. I dropped batteries there also. OVN used to take light bulbs, call them. Maybe the Good will does also...give a call
