  Hi, I know this has been asked before but I would need a contractor/handy man that is reliable and does good work to fix a few things at a revenue property we own in Pointe des Cascades: -fix 2 portions of a wall (gypse) -redo gypse on a wall (roughly 10x8) -add carpet in a staircase -open a wall - insulated it - close the wall, gypse and paint.
