  There's a shop/producer called De Vegetarische Slager (the Vegetarian Butcher) which sells vegan meats, cheeses, etc. They have lots of locations all over Holland and Belgium, but here is a list of places just in Amsterdam where you can buy their thin gs: (not sure if it will come up properly in the link, but if not, go to the box where it says, "locatie" and just write in Amsterdam (or any other city you might be visiting): https://www.devegetarischeslager.nl/vind-ons/verkooppunten
