  Realtor friends, I need a recommendation. I need a good General Contractor who can manage a 203K rehab project of about $25K in repairs. Nothing major or structural, carpet, paint, refinish some hardwoods, redo some bathrooms etc.... Client has had a hard time getting people to come out or if they come out they never send the bid. I need someone who can get a bid back to us by the end of the week. Please do not recommend unless you would hire them yourself, and thank you in advance.
