  http://www.fredwha.com/our-doctors/dr-cynthia-wilkes/ - this one. EVERY TIME! She's the best dr. I have ever been to. EVER! Accepts tricare and will go out of her way for you - easy to call back, great bedside manor. Her office is at the Stafford Hospital (the med center in back)
