  I am a licensed realtor in Ankeny and surrounding areas including Des Moines area. I am licensed to sell real estate in Iowa. I can answer your questions to see if it is worth your time to sell it with a realtor. Sometimes its not and sometimes it cost more when you don't. I have helped several people on this site. I have references. Whatever you do DO NOT PUT YOUR HOME ON CRAIGSLIST. Lots of robbery with listing it there. I can explain more on that if you wish to contact me.
