  I am in need of a good pediatric dentist. It has to be pediatric because they can do a higher level of sedation than my regular dentist can and I've got a little girl with 3 baby teeth that aren't loose that need to be extracted because permanent teeth are already coming in (my kids are all really fond of their baby teeth!)
