  Hey! So I am coordinating the West Linn HS class of 2002's reunion this summer and they would like it to cost $25/person or less (which would include gratuity); we are estimating around 80-100 people will attend but all the locations I'm finding where the menu's fit the budget, the minimums are too high for us to meet (they prefer a Saturday in July). Do any of you know of any event spaces or restaurants that could be flexible on their minimums? I have a few places I have found that we could do the ticket for $35/person but even that the alumni I have been working with thinks that is too high to get enough attendance. Any ideas?
