  Vis a vis the left turn signal at Stadium Dr and Capital/Hwy 1... We just moved to Wake Forest last month (Stafforshire neighbourhood, we love it!) and this light is starting to give me fits. This light lasts about five seconds and allows about three or four cars to turn at a time. In the mornings, I have to wait through two and sometimes three cycles to turn left from Stadium on to Hwy 1. Who do I contact to complain?
