  Car maintenance shop recommendations I have a 2015 Toyota Corolla that is due for a 30k mile service. My parents had purchased car maintenance with the car through the dealership until 25k so this will be my first time going elsewhere. I realize that dealerships are overpriced so I am looking for a reliable and trustworthy car shop that isn't too expensive, as I am a college student trying to stretch my dollar as far as possible. Also if anyone has any tips on maintenance that they might try to get me to buy but isn't completely necessary that would be appreciated as well- I know zero things about my car.   Does anyone know a decent mechanic open on Sundays? My car's been having radiator troubles, and I took it into the dealership last weekend. They said the cap was broken, replaced it, and sent me on my way. This afternoon, my car started overheating again and lo and behold, the "new" cap is broken too. Got a replacement at an auto parts store, but am still overheating. Need to get it looked at ASAP, since school/work requires a 40 minute commute early enough that public transport's not really an option.

  I've call Advantec Auto Repair in University Heights once because my breaks weren't working on a holiday and they were kind enough to open up their shop. It was waaaay cheaper than the estimated cost I saw online. They were very honest too, only mechanic I trust now. Phone number is (619) 248-9519.
