Germantown Realtor recommendations? I'm looking to put my house up for sale this spring and would like to find a good Realtor to help me sell it. It has a few quirks and the curb appeal needs a bit of work, but it's on a desirable street very close to the west edge of the Highlands, and over the past two years I've put a substantial amount of time and money into improvements. Given current market conditions I'm not too worried about it selling — what I need is an expert on the area who can evaluate it and tell me how much I could realistically get, and can actually get people inside to take a look (as well as tell me what I need to do to facilitate that).

If you were looking for a home in the medford/tabernacle/southampton area, where would you go to look? Magazines, online, advertisements at local stores or online pages? TIA!

weichert.com I found it gives room dimensions on their page, where others do not. Zillow.com seems to have more listings.
Hey Stacey Servo,
I am about to be New 2 Lou and I am looking for Level 3 or Level 4 daycare facilities! And also cost effective apartments in Louisville or surrounding areas that are safe and good for a single mom. :)
Stacey S. replied:
Hi Kelsea and an advanced welcome to Louisville to you! Don't know anything about daycare facilities, so will post this up to the group to see if anyone can help. Regarding housing, check out Amador 's website: http://www.abgrealtors.com/agents/AmadorDelatorre/Listings There should be an option to search for available housing or just give him a call. Number is on the website. Cheers!
