  I know of several custom builders, in fact my husband and I are builders (well... Not at the moment). But no custom stretch is going to be cheap. That being said, if you're looking for a stock bike check out http://www.chubbysbikes.com/shop/bikes/stretch-cruisers/stretch-single-speed-bicycles or look on eBay for used.
