My general service is Naturopathic Health Care based on Ayurveda principles consisting of regular consultations. I provide an individualized and effective form of Nutritional Counseling and meal planning based on Ayurveda as well as a whole range of Ayurveda Services and treatments. Using information regarding the pulse, tongue, eyes, skin, history of client, current state of toxins, and physical symptoms, I will make recommendations regarding diet, supplementation, lifestyle habits, super-foods, herbal formulas and home treatments.
I provide individualized detoxification programs for the colon, liver, lymphatic system, kidney/bladder pathway and more. I formulate and provide Ayurvedic herbal formulas, teas and seasonings as needed to improve digestion and address specific health issues.
For chronic health conditions, I follow established protocols of whole-food supplementation, herbal formulas and specific natural therapies, adjusted individually based on Ayurvedic principles. Programs can be provided face-to-face, by phone or Skype.
Self-healers, I seek your helping suggestions in dealing with mental fog and mental fatigue. Sometimes I feel constantly sleepy and /or like my thoughts are at a snail pace. What have you done that has helped you treat or improve this condition?

Brain fog and/or a decline in cognitive functions can be from a wide host of causes possibly even multiple causes which have to be addressed one at a time. Stating with diet and not just eliminating all grains, dairy, cooked foods and animal protein immediately as they are all "bad" but assessing which ones MAY be creating an immune response / allergic reaction, and then eliminating them. Of course, there are foods that are good for circulation and those that are not so that needs to be addressed. But after diet, nutrition needs to be seriously address and all nutritional deficiencies need to be determined so you are not just guessing. Of course, some supplements like fish oil are very effective in supporting your brain, and eliminating ALL sugar is a fundamental requirement. After these changes along with doing some juicing, slow improvement will result but really herbal formulas are the most effective way to quickly improve circulation to the brain and cognitive function. Gota Kola, ginko, rosemary to name just a few herbs that can be taken all day in tea to provide immediate improvement in memory and focus. Of course, high toxin levels in the blood with constipation and a congested lymph system can result in brain fog and deminished cognitive function. If diet, nutrition, herbs and colon cleanses does not resolve the issue then more then likely it is heavy metal toxicity. Detoxing from metals is a whole treatment in itself and for almost every person who has undergone my program has experienced an improvement in memory and cognitive function even it they did not think they had an issue before the heavy metal detxo program. I would need to evaluate the person and know much more to chart a course but colon cleansing and heavy metal detoxification will be part of the program in most cases.
