If your just starting out and need somewhere to help show you some of the ropes or your an experienced Mexican from South of the border and looking for a change of scenery I couldn't recommend this place more. Set right next to world heritage listed Mt Barney National Park, its a beautiful place to work.   Hey, im thinking of heading to australia just after the olympics and would like to work in the outdoors, got a few instructorships in sailing,windsurfing, powerboating, kayaking and have few years experience working in Ireland, any one any ideas of where to look??would like to be near to the coast for surfing and windsurfing....

  hey Mark, I would strongly recommend working in Queensland. the Whitsundays is perfect for sailing and windy boarding. check out work with the resorts on any of the islands in the area of either cairns or the Whitsundays. Regarding surf, the water is flat on the north coast, if you head south towards the sunshine coast and Sydney you will find plenty of surf schools that might also have windy boarding as an extra. rafting is big in cairns, kayaking is bigger in victoria in sep through to dec and sailing and sea kayaking popular in WA and QL.
