  I see that, contrary to the original study recommendation, a triangular traffic median is being installed in the Elkins Park East business district near Creekside Coop. The original planned called for a circle. That same plan called for angled parking along High School Road across from the coop. Has any if this been discussed with the community, especially the local businesses?
