Where are you from and how did you get into this business?
I focus on operating with integrity and providing a quality finished product to each customer.
Describe a typical work day for you?
I install all brands of laminate, engineered, and pre-finished flooring. We install flooring from Lowe's, Home Depot, Flooring Stores, and lumber liquidators call me for quote. I don't mind going the extra mile. I have over 15 years of experience and references.
From where do you draw your enthusiasm and inspiration for the job?
Through my experience and education, I continue to maintain industry knowledge with the latest technology and trends in the hardwood, engineered, and laminate floor industry. A high standard of craftsmanship is my priority.
How can a customer ensure that they receive the best possible service from you?
Unlike most installation companies who send a salesman out and then send over some crew to do the work. I remain hands throughout the whole process. I wont dump a "crew" in your house. I personally get involved with each installation to ensure quality of the work performed. I back all my installations with a 1 year warranty.
