  Eileen Brewer-Akin at William Raveis has been helping us find a rental, and in fact we are currently in the application process for a great rental house. I have not met her in person (as we are not yet living in W. Hartford) but she has been easy to communicate with by email and phone. She does charge a finder's fee.
