  Does anyone have any information about a Serv Safe class and/or test coming up? We need to renew our certificate ASAP, but haven't had any luck finding a local class. I did talk with the Serv Safe person from the Health Department; she's not based in Hsv and didn't have a class coming up anytime soon. It looks like we could do the class online, but we need a proctor for the test. Anyone done this recently?
