  We finished our house last November. The best sub we had was Jose Fajardo. He and his brother own Abraham Floor Finishers. Their price was by far the best and they were transparent about all the costs - wood, stain, labor, etc. They finished on time, charged the amount they bid, and our floors are beautiful.
