  Quickbooks is the industry standard for accountants, so if you do plan on using an accountant, that's what they'll want you to have in place. For what it's worth, the Small Business Resource Center in Baltimore has two Quickbook classes. http://www.sbrcbaltimore.com/html/news_events/main.shtml
