  Hi! we will be new members of the community beginning this September and I am looking for a good caregiver situation for our soon to be 12 week old baby girl for when I return to work in a few weeks. I'd greatly appreciate any recommendations members of this group may have on in-home daycares or daycare centers or even a nanny share situation.   We have taken our 3 year old daughter to our home daycare provider, Carolyn, for 2 years now (previously used Kidwatch but switched to Carolyn when we no longer needed 5 day a week care) and couldn’t be happier.
