  Well if he went through a legitimate rescue, he should have some vaccines. Here's a link to a list of vaccines he should have. You can call around to see how much the vets charge. I know that some of them have lost cost clinics but I'm not sure when or how cheap the shots are. Also, if he needs to be neutered, there is a low cost clinic on Hawaii across from the post office called "All About the Animals" that does spaying and neutering at the beginning of every month. http://www.leslieanimal.com/pet-health/pet-vaccinations.html
