I'm looking in this particular area because after dinner, we will be meeting up with her friends at the Frost Ice Bar, which I heard is in the vicinity of Faneuil Hall.   One easy option would be going to Legal Seafood Long Wharf. It is two minutes from the ice bar and while it's touristy, that specific location is really nice. http://www.yelp.com/biz/legal-sea-foods-boston-36 Another good choice is a bit farther away in Beacon hill (about 10-15 minutes) but a really straight forward walk- Grotto. It perfect for a romantic dinner and the food is incredible. http://www.yelp.com/biz/grotto-boston
