  Omar S. wrote: This person will keep your website files hostage and will act in a very unprofessional way when trying to terminate his services. After months of trying to get a handoff, we finally stopped the payments to his agency. His response was something along the lines of "you have about a week before I delete your site and files" after providing a backup that needed extra expenses in our end to access. There was no support to migrate the site in a simple manner, no credentials were provided, nothing. He kept using scare tactics to keep control of the website until he could not get his way anymore. Definitely a hard pass for anyone that cares about their online image, the price does not come close to the quality or service provided by this individual. Don't every let any website designer hold all the passwords and administrator rights to your project, they will hold you hostage and just ride out a comfortable paycheck until you put a stop to it.
