The other night I was watching Man vs Food on the Travel Channel with that crazy guy Adam. You know the one that takes a certain restaurant challenge to eat some monstrous portion. This night featured 3 restaurants from Grand Island and Niagara Falls. They were all established after I moved from the area. So I never heard of them nor any friends or relatives ever mentioned them over the years. The first was the Riverstone on Grand Island. They offered up the Bone in the Stone. A 4 pound ribeye topped with pound of blue cheese, fries and onion straws. Next was a place called the Silo. They had this huge sub called the Haystack. Finally, Adam took the Challenge at this place called Mick and Angelo's. He took on a 13 course meal. It was agonizing to watch!!! He ate all 12 but could not finish the meatballs and spaghetti. Soooooo... are these places for real and are they any good????
