Thank you for your help!Grace C. replied:I actually had ankle surgery back in November (broke it, derp) and I used Taxi Xcellent: http://www.taxi-xcellent.nl/ They're based in Leiden rather than the Hague, but I'm pretty sure they still serve the surrounding area, and if you reserve in advance they're really quite reasonable - especially for a taxi service in NL. I've used them a couple times since and found them generally very nice. I had housemates to help with my luggage, but I'm sure if you asked them they'd be willing to help.
