  Avoid any that ADVERTISE as "cheap." This applies to ANY business really. That is a red flag that they'll hit you with surprise fees, evidenced below. http://www.yelp.com/biz/discount-locksmith-chicago-2 Alternatively, the ones that get a good review on Angie's list, which are approximately 100 out of 1400 vendors, can be trusted.
