  hi all, i am looking for an au pair to join our family starting beginning of 2015 (could be earlier too). ideally, from turkey so my children can improve their turkish. im on au pair world. does anyone else have any other recommendations where i could look? another option could be a local turkish-speaking nanny who could be available every afternoon and some optional weekends. we have two kids, age 3-5. i would appreciate any of your tips or experiences. thanks!
