  Hello! I have lots of questions. Does anyone know the cost for a Class A registration fee in Tehama County? Are there any additional costs other than the food handling card? Are there any forms that need to be filled out for taxes? The one employee that can be hired, do you need to do tax paperwork for that person? Do you need to pay minimum wage? Can they be an unpaid volunteer for the day? Thanks in advance! My wife and I are very excited about the possibility of opening a home bakery.
