  Yes, I tried to message you, but since we aren't friends it wouldn't let me. I also know there is one in our group. I have one I've used for years in real estate-- can fix ANYTHING and very reasonable. He's done everything from appliance repair to septic system repairs for me, and on the septic system, he was 2/3 less than the quote I got from Roto Rooter. His name is Kelly Oest 919-279-8429.
