  Desperately in need of some advice....I have a old car and was coming out of a parking lot on wait ave yesterday and my exhaust feel breaking a catalytic converter. My car is currently sitting in the AAA car care center on capital Blvd and they want $771 to fix that, and, if the o2 sensor is broken after they fix that they are saying that could bring me up to near $1000. Does anyone know of a reliable mechanic who could probably do this work for significantly less? Or even a RELIABLE buy here pay here that will take a low down payment on a decent car as i'm not sure I want to keep pouring money into this 16 year old car...
