  Michael Levitan with Elevated Home Inspection is amazing! He actually teaches the Home Inspection program at Algonquin, too. He spent more than three hours walking my partner and I through every little detail of our first home, and wrote us a comprehensive report that he drove over to us the next day along with a USB stick full of photos. He was more than happy to answer all of our (clueless) questions and provide recommendations. We were super pleased and frequently refer to the report he provided for ideas about how to improve the house. I think the cost was ~$450-$475.
