  Horse Courses online has a safety class. the U of Guelph's Equine Guelph has Management of the Equine Environment which has a safety week as well as things like fencing, nutrition, pasture management, barn fire safety, etc. With horsecoursesonline.com you can get a degree in equine studies. They provide curriculum for nine colleges and universities and I think its 17 instructors. There's the Humane Society University - part of HSUS. Their disaster and pet first aid classes are fantastic -- and intense.
