  Hi there . Not a lady however my wife and I did the hypnobirth course together with Carolyn Potter . Was an excellent course and we met some great new people also going through the same journey . Whilst on the actual day we found it hard to leverage all the skills learnt certainly I felt it helped with managing the build up to the birth day . Good luck .
