  Check out http://www.masterpiececuisine.com I was going to use them for an In suite party but ended up having a reception at our ceremony location. There prices are great and. Have experience in this area. They'll give you advice on the best hotels to do this in. Be aware outside food isn't supposed to be brought in so there are some logistics to keep in mind when planning. I would hire a day of coordinator at the very least so there is someone other then you or family making sure everything is set up and runs smoothly for your reception! I believe they have a bar option as well so you may be able to get both through one vendor!
