  It's a *touch* outside your asking price, but Mode — http://modeorganicsalon.com/services/services-hair/ — goes for $45 (which can be a steal for a quality woman's cut.) Even if you're just looking for a trim, you're getting premium service at a lower price. I've seen Oscar (so has my gf) before and we love him. Incredible attention to detail, and very friendly... (though I've heard similar things about most their stylists.)
