  Hi I have two guesthouses in Sydney - one in St Peters and one in Campsie. They are fully furnished private rooms with no bills or bond. Wifi included. Usually $280 for a single and $350 double. Nightly rate is $40 single/$50 couple. Short or long term is fine. **We do have a lot of empty rooms at the moment so can discount to meet your budget** - let us know your price range!
