About us
University Square Rental and Parking is the premiere off campus housing solution for IUP and Cambria Rowe college students. We offer 1-5 bedroom apartments, as well as several houses. All apartments and houses come fully furnished. This includes a couch, chair, kitchen table and chairs, coffee table/end table, and lamp. In addition to FREE garbage removal twice a week, University Square offers FREE Comcast TV and Internet! We also have 500+ parking spaces available surrounding the IUP campus. Call or stop by our cheerful and colorful office, located on 1163 Grant Street, to meet our friendly staff! They will be glad to show you an apartment or answer any questions you may have.
