  I have mine through the SPCA. I pay $60/mnth and it has amazing coverage. Covers yearly check up and heart worm prevention meds as well. I might not ever use it for more but to me it's worth having. I don't ever want to be in a position to not be able to help my dog. If you don't think you can be diligent about putting money aside each month to save for a possible emergency then insurance is a good choice. Pets will love you unconditionally...we should do the same for them :) http://www.ospcainsurance.ca/
