  My trip to England is coming together, I have my flights booked and all my hotels booked. I need to find a car and a driver to take me around Liverpool for a half day. If anyone knows someone a contact please message me. I need to go from the Hilton to the Toxteth Park cemetery to my homechild's fathers grave. Then to the Liverpool Sheltering home if it is still on Myrtle st and the St George music hall and back to the Hilton. Your help would be appreciated.

  Hello Judith , I was in Liverpool in November doing research on my BHC who also came over with Liverpool Sheltering Homes. We took a Beatles tour and the driver also took us to the addresses from my BHC. You can modify the tour our driver Danny gave us all the history of Liverpool and showed us many of the historic sights plus we got to do the Beatles tour also! You can email them your interest and see if they can help you. The web site is fab4 tours.co.uk. I know of a genealogist in Liverpool also who might be able to help you. I paid her for her research but she was able to access workhouse records ect. For me I did not have the time. Her name is Maureen Jervis email is mtpj10@hotmail.com.
