  Not in saundersfoot but in nearby Tenby there is Feccis chip shop who do gf fish, chips and mushy peas!   Might be a bit late now if you're only there 2 nights but- Feccis as above, and a cafe on the corner of church st/ st George's (can't remember the name) did lovely gf bread sandwiches, when I visited in March.
