  I have one similar to it I purchased pre-built, I was able to get it on sale and the price included delivery. W/ the sale price it wasn't much more than what contractors were quoting me at the time so for the convenience I opted for the instant barn. it's very well made. Not sure what the prices are on them now, though. For gates, I personally like the Priefert wire filled D-gates so legs don't get caught in the pipe (I also have a Haflinger who likes to stand on the 2 nd bar of tube gates like those shown in the photo to make herself taller!!))https://www.ranchoutlet.com/product/priefert-6 ft-wire-filled-d-gate/
