  Hey all -- Can anyone recommend a contractor to replace an main sewer pipe from the house to the street? A good friend of mine is having major issues after purchasing a home in the Ridgleigh neighborhood and Roto Rooter quoted 7k which is absurd. Looking for local recommendations of a contractor who can take care of this quickly and for half that price. Thanks!

  Sorry, I meant to put that at the end! lol. Len the Plumber. My good friend is an estimator there and lives in Parkville so does a lot of jobs in the area. They will give a free estimate. Call 410-247-9970. The estimator assigned will then call you to set up an appointment. I believe they do 2 hour time frames. If you do have them do it, you don't have to do a thing. They will do the permits, miss utility etc. They get it done in one day, including filling the hole. I actually worked in the sewer department for several months, they do a really good job, and offer a lifetime warranty if it ever backs up ( I think, but pretty sure, it's been a year since I worked there! )
