  I would call CUP and ask for a current list because they have had a lot of changes in providers lately. Our Naturopathic Doctor at Zara Clinic will be able to take CUP patients soon as their PCP at both our Orchards location and our Battle Ground location. She could be approved to accept CUP any day now or it could be another few months.
