Does anyone do 5:2? My gp has recommended intermittent fasting?

Thanks Damien , yes intermittent fasting is a great way to heal your body, it takes a couple of weeks to adjust but once you do it will be no problem at all! I've done it in the past as I have needed to and felt great afterwards! But most important is what you are putting INTO your body on the 5 days....
